Suppor𒆙ts Fast and Convenient Quant♑itative Analysis of Catechins in Tea Leaves and Green Tea Beverages

The National Agricuꦓlture and Food Research Organization (NARO) and Shimadzu have been investigating fast, convenient, and accurate methods for analyzing foods' functional components for its research and social implementation purposes. This kit provides the validated test method from sample pretreatment through a run of HPLC, developed in cooperation with NARO, for measuring the catechins in tea leaves. Reliable catechin values can be easil𒐪y obtained, and the quantitative results are shown immediately in a report. This kit strongly supports data acquisition required for applications and the development of functional foods, and can even be used for quality control of tea products.
